The AI Daily: Abacus AI just launched DeepAgent, a powerful new AI system that combines different language models to handle big tasks—like building websites, making presentations, and doing research.
Key notes:
Uses models from OpenAI (o3), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini).
Can build websites and connect to tools like Google Workspace and Jira.
Does deep research and creates detailed reports and slides.
Each task takes 5 to 25 minutes and uses 50K–100K compute points.
Available now in limited preview for ChatLLM users, with a Pro tier coming soon.
Why it matters: DeepAgent shows how far AI assistants have come. It can handle full projects on its own, saving workers time on everyday tasks like writing reports or building web pages. By using multiple top AI models and connecting with popular work tools, it’s aiming to be an all-in-one solution for busy teams.

The AI Daily: Simular AI’s open-source framework Agent S just hit a new record—41.4% success on the OS-World benchmark when paired with Gemini 2.5 Pro. That beats their old record of 34.5% with Claude 3.7.
Key notes:
Agent S now leads the benchmark, ahead of OpenAI (32.6%) and Anthropic (26%).
It lets you switch between top models (Claude, Gemini, GPT) with no code changes.
Agent S can use computer interfaces just like a human would—clicking, typing, and navigating.
It’s fully open-source and available on GitHub for developers.
Simular AI has broken its own record twice, using different AI models.
Why it matters: Agent S is a big step forward for AI that can use computers like people do. Its flexibility and high performance make it easy for developers to build smarter, more useful AI assistants that can handle real computer tasks across different platforms.
AI BREAKTHROUGHS
NVIDIA

The AI Daily: NVIDIA just released CLIMB, a new framework that helps find the best mix of training data for language models—without the need for manual sorting. It uses smart grouping (clustering) to help models learn better from web data.
Key notes:
CLIMB groups huge datasets based on meaning to pick the most useful data.
NVIDIA’s 1B model trained with CLIMB beat Llama-3.2-1B by 2%.
For specific topics, it did 5% better than random data selection.
NVIDIA is releasing two datasets: ClimbLab (1.2 trillion tokens) and ClimbMix (400 billion tokens).
It uses smaller test models to quickly find the best data combos.
Why it matters: Choosing the right data is one of the hardest parts of training AI. Most web data doesn’t come labeled, so it’s tough to know what to use. CLIMB solves this by automatically picking better data, which can make AI models smarter and more efficient—both for general learning and specialized topics.
